Blogissani käsittelen vaatteita, huonekaluja ja ehkä hieman myös vinyylilevyjen "vinguttamista". 
Ensimmäisessä postauksessa tutustutaan tweediin. Tuo skottien ja irlantilaisten kutoma kangas on monelle tuttu, mutta toisaalta tuntematon. Itse olen koulutukseltani taiteen maisteri ja pääaineeni oli tekstiili, joten kankaat kiinnostavat. Sukellan nyt tweedin historiaan ja samalla haluan avata myös teille verhoa tämän kiehtovan kankaan maailmaan!

The first post explores the tweed. That fabric woven by the Scots and the Irish is familiar to many, but unknown on the other hand. Personally, I have a master’s degree in art and my major was textiles, so fabrics are interesting. I am now diving into the history of Tweed and at the same time I want to open a veil for you in the world of this fascinating fabric!
